SHIPPING We ship free to customers in the “lower 48” AND PUERTO RICO Items under 4 lbs. are usually shipped via the United States Postal Service. PLEASE allow 3-7 Business days to process and ship your order. Heavier items (over 4 lbs.) are generally shipped UPS. Nagornys Knives will determine which shipping service is most appropriate for delivery given the customer’s location and time constraints. . Please let us know at the time of order if you would like to purchase insurance on your shipment, We cannot be held responsible for any rough handling that is caused by shipping companies. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, there will be a small additional increase in price. We ship internationally but you must call for shipping rates, free shipping is for only the continental 48 states. RETURNS Nagornys Knives returns policy allows you to send the item back to us within 3-7 BUSINESS days of getting your item,. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges unless Nagornys Knives has sent you the wrong item. You may not return an item if it's not up to your expectation or if it arrived late and it was a gift for someone. If it's a factory defect please contact us first before calling the manufacturer. We have great relationships with some of the makers of our products and can switch it out for you so you don't have to go through the time and hassle of dealing with the manufacturer.
